- The draw for the group stage of the BIDC Cup took place in NagaWorld.
Group A
  - Vietnam
  - China 
  - Thailand 
Group B
  - Cambodia 
 - Laos
 - Myanmar

- NagaWorld will give the Cambodia team US$30,000 if they can win the tournament and if the team comes in as runner up, NagaWorld will give the team US$20,000
- NagaWorld will give the Cambodia team US$2,000 for every goal score during the tournament (excludes penalty shoot out in semi final or final).
- NagaWorld will host all key officials and referees for the tournament.
